How do I find a business in Florida?
Search by business name, category, or service, then narrow the results using a Florida city, state, or ZIP code. Select a result to open the complete business profile.
How can I leave a review?
Find the business and select Leave a Review. Choose your rating, explain your experience, and submit the form. Account holders sign in, while eligible guests verify their email before the review is created.
Can I review a business that is not listed?
Yes. Search for the business from the Leave a Review page. If it is not found, you can provide the business details and submit your review for verification.
How do quote requests work?
Search for a business, select Get a Quote, and provide your contact and project details. The request is securely recorded so the relevant business and platform administrators can manage it.
Does Bad Business Listing verify every business?
No. Listings clearly show their claim and verification status. A business appearing in the directory does not automatically mean it has been independently verified.
How can a business owner manage a listing?
A business owner can find the listing and submit a claim. After the claim is reviewed and approved, the owner can manage business information, services, contacts, and customer engagement from the owner dashboard.
